In this study we examine the contrast between the wise person who restrains their lips and the foolish person who vents. Discussing several verses from Proverbs as well as other Scriptures, we gain an  understanding of  how to apply wisdom to real life situations, sharing senarios of when silence is golden and when it is not. We close the study with practical questions that can be asked of ourselves when determining whether to speak or whether not to speak.
