This study begins by looking at the command to praise and  how to praise. It moves on to describe the effects of praise and how to personally apply praise in our suffering. In closing we examine some encouraging examples of those who chose to praise in the midst of their suffering. In conclusion, the underlying theme is presented as a challenge to practice praise in our suffering and to experience God's power.
